"The hotel is very dated. The complementary shampoo bottle was open on the side of the tub. No coffee cups with the coffee machine. No eggs or meat with the complementary breakfast.

"I booked the hotel room because I was on vacation. Wanted to go swimming and get in the hot tub and on the site. It says they have a hot tub Anna pool open ice machine was broke down dryer was broke down in my first room was broke down, move me to the second room, and the heat was broke down Very unhappy with my stay. Everything was a complete disaster."
