"The unacceptable problem was the lack of any “quiet” hour. Children raised H—- until 1:30 in the morning, resuming at 6:30. There was repeated door slamming, stuff hitting the walls and floors, not to mention screeches and screaming. It was one of the most bizarre hotel stays I have ever experienced. ..."

"This would have been a great room. Unfortunately the resort charged me resort fee upon arrival and then there were no amenities. Shame on you Gravity house, you shouldn't be charging a resort fee when the amenities advertised are not available. Such as spa, cold plunge coffee bar, work space."
