"Beautiful hotel! Stayed for one night with my boyfriend and I couldn't fault it. All of the staff were so friendly and the spa facilities were spotless. We had dinner and drinks in the Bay Bar which was lovely, a little pricey but to be expected for the quality. The hotel is situated right next to Fistral
Beach and the views are amazing!! Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be returning."

"Property was lovely. Room was a really nice size however you could hear footsteps from the room above and the bunk beds were creaky. Disturbed our sleep. The carpet outside our room was filthy and had an odour. The hotel had a lot of different activities and a lovely pool. Did find some of the staff miserable but there breakfast staff were friendly. The location was lovely right opposite the
beach with great views. "

"On a day that I wish to forget in a hurry I arrived at the hotel in a glum mood which was greatly improved by the fantastic receptionist who was friendly, professional and efficient.
The room was superb, great bed, lovely view and all the amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing stay, brilliant television and Wi-Fi.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the town centre and convenient for the shops, bars and restaurants plus the
beach. Also with great public transport...
