"Very nice buffet breakfast. Staff very polite and attentive. Room was clean, but sofa and carpet had stains and needed to be cleaned. Every other part of the room was clean. I informed the front desk when we checked out and they said they would take care of it. I thought they could have given a customer appreciation discount or "something.""

"The space was amazing, and the beds were comfy. The couch and chair in our suite were kind of grungy - as was the bathtub. Staff was incredible and always kind and able to point me in the correct direction. The pools were fine. The indoor area was MUGGY, and the standing water around the pool was kind of weird."

"A solid three star experience overall. I am tempted to give an extra star for the following reasons; the water pressure in the shower was excellent! The soap smelled wonderful! The air conditioning kept the room very pleasantly cool and the sheets were very clean and comfortable. Here is why I am not giving it an extra star; the air conditioning while working well was very loud. The rest of the hotel smelled kind of musty, but maybe that was just because it was summer in Ohio. The gym was fine and we did not use any of the food services or pool, so I cannot comment on those. The staff were all very pleasant."
