"This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had of all the hotels booked with Expedia. We waited an hour past check in for one of our two rooms, we had no hot water in one room, breakfast was a joke. There was nothing to eat except waffles and cereals without milk. The coffee, toast/bread, milk were completely empty and no supervision of the area was maintained. The juice machine was broken/empty and there wasn't even water. When we brought this to the attention if the front desk he had no plan to fix or refill anything at 830....with 1.5 hours left in breakfast. When I pressed, he left...got one loaf of bread which he dumped into the bread box. He said he could get more milk if anyone wanted. We had 4 people in our group that had not eaten and several other guests trying to figure out what to eat and drink. While I did not expect white glove service at a less expensive hotel, I expected what I paid for. A clean comfortable room and a continental breakfast. I got neither. I had to take my party out and spend an additional $100 on breakfast. I will be connecting with La Quienta."
