"The room was cleaned daily. Staff were very polite. In the restaurant the choice of food was exceptional. The restaurant staff in particular Crystal were very attentive. The front of house staff, for all shifts made us feel valued and welcome. I have stayed at many hotels in Montego and this is one of the best stay I have had. The rooms were slightly dated but clean."

"We really enjoyed the pools, beach and the food! We did have a couple of issues with our room that they addressed fairly promptly. We were only able to get reservations at specialty restaurants for 2 nights out of four, because they were full. Would recommend trying to book restaurants before your trip. There were approximately 8 to 10 Jamaican men on small boats trying to sell drugs all along the beachfront. It detracted from the beauty of the beach and it was annoying when they kept trying to get your attention. Marijuana smell everywhere. The room was nice and spacious. They had one really good dance show but the others were not that great. The food was really good overall!! "

"Everything was okay, however there was a roach in our room on our last day there. Service varied depending on the individual. Could have used more amenities for the room. Overall, not bad but not sure if we would stay again. "

"Our stay was amazing. We had a great experience all around and our room was upgraded for us upon check in which was really nice. The food was excellent and we loved all the different dining options. The only con that we didn't like was that the guest services people were really aggressive about trying to up-sell us on different packages and experiences that we were just not interested in. One night we were trying to enjoy the live music in the lobby and the guest services person literally shouted across the room at us to come see her so she could try to sell us something. Overall it was a great experience, that was the only downside to the entire stay."

"The overall property is gorgeous. HOWEVER the staff more so the reception people at check in and check out SUCKED. Any issues you have they will simply just say “I apologize” I would NOT stay here again."

"The resort is beautiful just know that if you are not premium club rokm service is an additional $15 per service and well as premium liquor is only for premium guest or up charge as well. Staff is amazing. Food I would give a 6 buffet does not have a wide selection. The night club is freezing bring your jacket. The views are spectacular from anywhere in the resort. I stayed on the adult only side. "

"The hotel seems old but we'll kept. Front desk, 5 stars, specially Lewis and Camille, they were great. Food was ok, nothing special. Streak house was the best. The rest of the restaurants, 2 to 3 stars max, specially the Italian. The room was ok. Very clean.TV was old, no streaming apps, just basic TV. No espresso machine, just a percolator. Staff in general, 3 stars. They were not very welcoming or friendly. Only a few were great. "

"Very good propery and excellent staff service 10/10 for it. But its 2 hrs away which is not ideal if you are traveling with small kids as it makes the journey even longer and tiring. "
