"Stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica from May 29 to June 2 and had a great experience overall.
The resort is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked daily with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I loved the pools and beach area, and the spa was definitely the highlight—an amazing experience! The resort is also very spacious, well maintained, and truly luxurious.
The food at the buffet needs some improvement, and I didn’t understand why I needed to provide my room number each time I entered the buffet. The nightly entertainment could also use a bit more on some nights. I also didn’t love the membership sales pitch during the stay.
Overall, I really enjoyed my trip and would definitely return!"
