"The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. "I ended up a Deja by chance, after being in Jamaica for a few days. I had no idea this was such a warm setting! Loved it! I have to Mention some of the staff; Marvin (restaurant sup.), servers Vannessa, Ruschana, Marie, Lorinda and Dana were such a delight. Always smiling, friendly and professional! You can tell them that I will be back next year July because of them and I hope that they will be there!! 😁 The hotel is super convenient, centrally located and the dining options were amazing! My only fault is that the towels were in a terrible, terrible condition. You really need brand new towels COMPLETELY! Once they get wet, they are super dingy. Sorry, love the hotel but that is the truth. I’m still coming back loved it!!! "
