North Central Texas hotel rooms a the Starwood Capital

"Elevator issues but everything else was a 3.5 star rating"

"Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas. "

"Everything else was good, like the room was clean and all, but the entrance they need to do more cleaning there"

"The hotel itself was nice. The area surrounding it left you feeling a bit uneasy. There are two buildings next to the hotel, where you drive next to to enter the property, that are abandoned and have graffiti on them. Although, there did seem to be some work possibly being done on them. The room was basic, but nice. Our toilet handle did come off but maintenance showed up and fixed it. The breakfast, while a nice thought, was the same everyday we were there for a week. No changes whatsoever. The staff were nice but front desk was not always available, not sure why. While nothing was seriously wrong with our stay, I'm not sure it would be my first choice for another visit. "

"Like staying in a piece of art, but with helpful, friendly, and informative staff. Only drawback, no free breakfast, but regardless of that would certainly stay here for every Dallas trip. The wife wants to stay just to stay and enjoy the pool!"
