"Location was ok, conviently located by a Beninhana could literally walk there. Parking is a weekend not so great as they hot events and the night we stayed there was a wedding. When I left for dinner there were literally no parking spots. I had risk parking in a handicap spot and waited till after midnight and than I quickly ran and moved my car. Overall the room was very good and the hotel itself was lovely and well maintained!"

"The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. We arrived at exactly 4:29 a.m. to catch the 4:30 shuttle, but it had already left. The front-desk attendant was very helpful and quickly arranged for the driver to come back and pick us up. Unfortunately, the driver immediately complained that we “better give him a good tip” because he had to turn around. When he dropped us off at the airport, he said, “Shame on you,” because we did not offer a tip. Tipping should never feel like an obligation, and his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. This is not a complaint about the hotel or the helpful front-desk staff—only about that driver, whose attitude made an otherwise positive experience unpleasant."
