"When I arrived at check in I was told that the hotel was having some minor electrical issues and could cancel my reservation without penalty. The issues seemed minor so I had no problem keeping my reservation and was surprised find out my room had been upgraded. I had a wonderful stay and did not encounter a single issue. I would definitely stay here again and I appreciated the honesty from the hotel about the potential for issues to make sure I was making an informed decision. "

"Appreciate it the hotel accommodation. I booked it for my brother and my sister-in-law. We were all in in town for the ALS event and it was convenient and close and they love the hotel. We accommodated them they both my brother is handicap so it worked out perfect for him. Thank you to everybody in the staff."
