"Great hotel that we will stay at again (we live an hour north of it)! Only comment would be that staff should review notes made on the booking reservation websites. They completely missed my telling them this was a special birthday trip within our 4 night stay. The front desk was surprised when I mentioned it on check in and nothing was done later to recognize the event."

"Family friendly, clean, helpful staff, great location. The private beach was very nice with chairs and cabanas free to guests. The only downside was how busy the pool was. Unfortunately the size of the pool is probably too small for the property and it was always packed and loud."

"My husband health has us having to go to UCSD for appointments, so we found that Dayinn is very close to the hospital. Our stays are very nice, it's clean, comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Only thing I don't care for is $20.00 parking even if your handicap."
