"Expensive parking!"

"Our room had obvious water damage -the shelf under the sink was almost disintegrated. Carpet was messed up near the door. Bathroom needs complete redo! Get waterproof flooring. Also if you must have an ‘under the bed’, please make sure it’s maintained. Found someone else’s sticky soda can which grossed me out. Staff so great and accommodating! Excellent pool, hot tub and tiny children’s pool. Good snack selection. Parking atrocious after 6ish! "

"Very disappointing experience at the Sheraton San Diego Resort. I booked a Marina Tower room specifically for the view and location, but at check in I was placed in the Lanai Tower and told it was an “upgrade.” It absolutely was not. The room had no view and was far from where we parked. The staff discouraged me from switching rooms and told me the hotel was fully committed for the night, which made it seem like the Marina Tower rooms were oversold. After parking, we had to load our luggage onto a bell cart and drag it across the property while managing two kids, one of them a toddler. It took a long time to even find the building and room. They eventually moved us to another room, but our bill included extra charges that had to be corrected later, including an extra person fee and another room charge that should not have been there. While those were eventually removed, guests should not have to carefully review their bill to avoid being overcharged."
