North Central Houston hotel rooms a the Westmont Extended Stay

"The pictures never look like the actual place of course. The room was kind of old looking. We had to call several times in less than an hour to get towels because no one came up to clean. I asked the lady who came to bring towels can she can the room and yes someone came in but the only thing I noticed done was the water. They brought us 2 bottles of water because we had drank the first set. Yea so I will not be returning. I do not like hotels that do not clean my room for me to dine to clean sheets"

"We were stranded in Houston Bush. We needed a room and this was a great location with proximity to the airport. We booked a king and was given to full size beds. When we walked to the front door we were greeted by a raccoon who popped out of his rambling through the garbage pale. Our room was recently remodeled, but photos were falling off the wall and the room telephone looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since Y2K. But what really cooked the books was no hot water. @ 4:30am we needed to head to the front desk & change rooms. Getting dressed and dragging out luggage from the 5th floor down to one. My wife wasn’t very happy w/ me for booking this space. If it is this location or sleeping in the airport….i may choose the airport. Just saying. But the staff were at least pleasant and their was a n/c shuttle from Bush. "

"Great place to stay near the airport and park the car while gone. Takes a little longer to get the shuttle back from the airport but still worth it!"

"This was the worst stay of my traveling experience . My door was broke so my key card didn’t work ! They were out of towels the entire time ! It was really a disaster."

"No platinum perks that we were to get. Rude counter clerk. No amenities really except expensive buffet breakfast we paid for. As good as low end hotels. No gift basket either. Shuttle driver was great. Not a fan. Highly over rated not family friendly."
