"We were hung up on twice calling for the shuttle, our room had bugs, live and dead all over the room and bathrooms, we were given a new room however it was a king size bed when I originally booked 2 queens as there were 3 of us. We were offered a roll out however we had to go get it do to staffing levels. We paid for a late check out and were kicked out of our room. Would not recommend this place. "

"Rooms are very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. The pool is very nice but that hot tub was not working and the gym is very nice. Overall this is a great hotel "
