"I can only say a few things because we ended up leaving the hotel. I will say the front desk staff is great and very helpful. Unfortunately, the property is not maintained at all. You can't charge me over 200 a night and plug ins dont work, safe is not working, fridge and tv was unplugged and when we plugged in my daughter got shocked. To top it off when we opened the bathroom door the was a bug in the shower the size of a coffee mug - NO LIE. Told the front desk we would no longer be staying here."

"Room was clean but the pool was absolutely disgusting bugs all in it wasn’t ever cleaned when I was there for 2 1/2 days some of the ice machines were out of order and the parking lot was over crowded at night more cars in the parking lot then people in the hotel rooms, lots of cigarette smokers on the property cigarettes all over the grounds. Beds were extremely hard woke up with back pain pillows were really flat. It’s definitely an old hotel that they tried to renovate. I personally wouldn’t book here again. I was told over a phone call that it was a $50 holding fee when booking but it turned into it being $150 in person when I spoke to a front desk worker. The room lighting was so dull also had different colored light bulbs all over the room. The part where you tap your key at to get in the room was also broken. It was working, but the cover piece was completely broken. Just looks trashy to spend that much and deal with all this. Just not worth what i spent to stay here at all the price doesn’t match the motel."
