"When we first arrived the receptionist was very nice, we went up to our room but it wasn't cleaned so we went back down to talk to the receptionist he was very apologetic and upgraded our room at free of charge. Overall our experience was very well, We did enjoy the indoor pool and the complementary breakfast was very delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."
