"The rooms are not in good condition. They are ok, but cleanliness is not great. The beds are so old and saggy. The vacation club selling is icky and the employees dont give you the time of day once u arent interested in attending one if their info sessions. I left a pair of pjs behind, ive been calling the hotel and constantly put on hold for long times, so I hang up and do it all over again. Still not resolved. The spa is the only somewhat redeeming part of this place. ."

"Proximity to the park is excellent. We used both our car and bus service and had no issues. Food is pricey and average (to be expected). Staff and Rangers were very good."
