"This place is so unique and it’s conveniently located downtown. The front desk let us check in an hour early; our room was classy and very clean; it has a nice fitness center and sauna in the basement; and the hotel provided us with a nice welcome card and fruit tray in our room without us asking for this or charging us for it — what a nice touch. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. "

"I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts over the last 30 years. This Hampton Inn and Suites in Durham was by far one of the best if not the best. The staff were very nice and answered all of our questions. The coffee was always on and hot! The breakfast was very nice and accommodated all of our dietary needs. The location is great as well. Thank you all for making our stay very nice, relaxing, and enjoyable."

"When you allow dogs to stay on your property. The owners should be told that they can't leave them in the room by themselves if they aren't use to being by themselves. A dog was left by itself and barked for two hour disturbing everybody else."
