"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."

When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). "The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."
