"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is a good choice of English & continental, self-service, the hotel is close to the local amenities, shops, theatres, it a short walk down to the waterside area,it a good 30 minutes walk from the train station."

"Apex hotel is a modern, comfortable and convenient hotel very close to all the main action in Bath. The only two things preventing me from giving this property full stars are the beds (rock hard) and the fact that breakfast is not included (and the buffet, though generous, is far too expensive for someone who eats so little). Also, the air conditioning was much appreciated but not quite low enough at night for this spoiled Yank. ;)"

While the staff were polite, communication regarding room readiness could have been clearer which causes the check in process was quite slow."
