"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. "The hotel was not able to accommodate the volume of people that were in for a dance competition. The elevators stopped working and one evening even had an issue with an elevator fall several floors with two families inside. At one point the elevator and shaft were exposed creating a scary situation. The restaurant only offered a buffet option which was cold hamburgers, over cooked chicken tenders and French fries. You also had an option of salad or a pasta salad. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. The rooms were stuffy and warm. The Starbucks quick counter could not keep up with the volume of people. I felt terrible for the baristas. We ended up door dashing food all weekend just to be able to have decent meals. Overall we chose to stay there as the dance comp was on site but I would not stay at this hotel again. "
