"We were only at Bright Angel for 2 nights but it would have been really nice to have real cups in the cabins for coffee or the wine we brought. The paper cups leaked and we constantly had to go back to guest services for more. The Fountain was closed so access to coffee or a quick snack didn’t seem easy. Staff at the front desk didn’t offer maps so we went back twice to ask for trail maps and map of the property. The activities staff were great!! The cafe food was great and most affordable. "
