"The room was clean. We really like the set up of the room. We had the king room with sofa bed. Although it was small, we would stay here again. The breakfast sausage and eggs tasted very good."

"The room was excellent. However the microwave had an error code and you couldn't put in a time of your choice. Could have a tv guide which shows upcoming tv shows and movies. Staff and custodians were great except on last day one of staff followed me around. Fitness center could use some sanitizer wipes to wipe down the equipment and weights once people are done. I know your facility is pet friendly, however the constant barking and cat and dog hairs is alot. Thank you for reading this."

"I liked the hotel and will stay again, but things I wish they'd improve on. 1. Staff was young and had poor customer service skills. 2. When we arrived close to 2pm, trash out front and in parking garage were full/overflowing. They were still same when we left. Overnight staff was not busy. They could have cleaned up. There was a little trash in common area and desk staff just sitting down. 3. The plants were not well maintained. Dirt dry. Kind of sad looking. 4. Overnight staff (4am to 5am) not at desk. Told me coffee machine not working, but at 6am it was working. IDK if they just didn't want to clean it but they seemed not to care. Maybe it was fixed b/t 5-6am but not bc front desk staff cared. 5. Loved that they had EV charger, but 2 out of 7 cars parked were not using chargers. They took those spots from others. Told staff - thought they could call patrons who were not plugged in to move, but they just said, "Yeah, they do that all the time." As someone who needed spot, it would have been nice if they had called patron and asked them to move car if not using charger. Loved the kitchen and big rooms and bathrooms."
