"We always enjoy our stay at Crystal Lodge. The rooms are great, beds are comfy and the bathrooms are always clean. The staff are very friendly. We have yet to use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment on those. "

"We didn't have a view. Outdoor pool hot tub jets didn't work. My granddaughter of 18mths picked up a dirty bandaid in our room not impressed. The front staff were very friendly but double charged a night for myself and my daughter's room. They were very confused and took some time to figure out their mistake. I am sure there has been other guests with the same surname! Sorting it out was annoying and time consuming."

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, clean washroom, a bit small but ok for me. The fitness centre was good, enough machines for me. Good location in the village. Very good staff and customer service. I would stay here agian."

"Good hotel in excellent location but I remember it being nicer when I stayed in past but that was years ago The room was pretty basic and seemed a bit outdated and there were some bad stains on the couch/pullout bed that were kind of gross- other than that I'd still stay there again but nit at full rates, luckily we had a discount on this room being off-season. I feel like we got the experience we paid for. The room was quite dark and didn't have good lighting, only a couple lamps. The Bathroom was tiny and had very little to zero counter space to put any personal items."
