"The room was clean and the staff were great. The only issue was the bathroom, which had a smell so terrible that we could barely use it. It was difficult to take a shower with the sewer smell coming from the pipes. It did help eventually when we ran some water, but it was the stinkiest room I've ever stayed in. The rest was great. "It was the perfect stay for such a long travel."

"The property's location would be hard to beat. I would pass on their breakfast option next time, as there are many nearby options with better cappuccino. Rooms were small and the shower in the bathtub you had to climb into as the tub had high sides and was narrow. The shower had lots of hot water for the first person but the next body should wait a bit or the water turns cold mid shower. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. we did not use the air conditioning as we were their in early May"

"Breakfast was good, nice selection. Staff are polite, courteous and friendly. English speaking as well. You can book a gondola ride right at the hotel. No waiting. The hotel is central in Venice. A few feet away from San Marco square and the waters edge for boat taxis or the water bus to and from the airport. "
