"5 star service and accommodations. Amazing grounds. Wonderful SPA!!! The thermal massage is a must do. It was very hard to get in. Book in advance when you make your reservation. The bikes were horrible, but I think they are waiting for new ones. The concierge was the best we have ever encountered. He gave us an amazing tour of Chavis and provided access to one of the best vineyards we have ever visited. Wonderful service. Breakfast was very good. We ate at both Restaurants and were...

"Comfy and spacious apartment. Within walking distance of most areas of town (keep in mind that Porto is quite hilly). Loads of little eateries nearby, though the kithen facilities are very acceptable should you wish to cook in (there's a supermarket nearby). Especially helpful staff, though they're only physically onsite from about 3-8pm (on-call the rest of the time)."

"Reception staff were really helpful when we arrived early,eg let us park in car park and use toilet. The apartment had a lovely sea view and a comfy sofa. It was plenty large enough for two people but did need updating. The bed especially so as it was creaky and uncomfortable, spoiling our experience to a certain degree. The kitchen was very basic and had no preparation space without us moving the microwave out of the way, it was in need of a major upgrade."
