"We just loved our stay at the House of Juniper. Great calm atmosphere, beautifully appointed room and every staff member we came across was warm and welcoming. The breakfast had many wonderful options and was included in our stay. It is obvious that the staff are fully engaged in making this a special place!"
"Good choice of food for dinner. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We were helped with luggage on arrival and on leaving.
The bathroom was really cold with no hot towel rails to heat it."
"The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were efficient. Breakfast was reasonable, but the dining bar next door was not particularly good food."
"The room was extremely dirty and dingy. There were crumbs and white stuff all over the carpet, hair all over the bathroom floors, and my pillow was wet, moldy and smelly."
"When every thing was booked up we ended up staying at Morar Hotel for three nights instead of one. We had to do some room switching here and there as each night was booked separately due to our situation and they were most helpful in the process. It is a bit of a budget place but the location is lovely and the views amazing. The staff were great and the food was good in the restaurant. On the last night my room was a little unclean (crumbs on the floor and desk shelf) but I was tired and it really made no big difference to me, again the view was there! Overall I would recommend a stay here as there are not a ton of options in the area and things book up far in advance."
"Great apartments with lovely views over the Loch. Well equipped and clean with everything you need.
Very good email communication with the staff with smooth check in and check out. "
"Proper stay for a night or two. Very friendly welcome at the bar. Room was recently renovated with a good mattress and clean bathroom.
Improvement points: Hallway to the rooms smells to smoking. Service at breakfast could be improved, the lady seemed in a bad mood."
"Great property. Note that it is about an hour from most key points on Skye….Portree, Talisker, quairang and not many dining options.
Pick up groceries at the coop in Broadford."
