The reception was very kind and helpful. A warm welcome - and a swift and nice goodbye as we were leaving very early. Good early bird breakfast as well. We especially enjoyed the location, overlooking the water.

Budget friendly but not great

We stayed for two nights, hotel personnel is fantastic and friendly but hotel isn’t in good condition. Rooms smelled like sweat and hallway had damp smell. Room looked clean but was very warm to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was good and had decent number of options.

A good stay

Very clean. Really nice staff. In the room we had a bed, a chair, a telly, closet and bathroom. Not much else. It's all you need. Good breakfast for vegans.

Good Hotel for visiting Norrköping

The location was good and parking was easy. Our room was nice but the sheets were not clean. The breakfast was awesome and the receptionists friendly and helpful.

Lovely, big hotel in the city centre. Professional, friendly, helpful staff, amazing buffet breakfast with a wide choice. The only thing I did not like was the lack of a swimming pool.

Warning! Bait & change for single rooms!

Already when we arrived we complained about that the rooms was smaller than booked. No reaction from reception insted we had to pay to get one bigger room. The room booked was supposed to be 15m² but after measuring it is ONLY 7 sqm! Seven and not 15 as booked!! No excuse from Comfort, blamed Hotels.com but we checked other sites and both had 14 sqm. After giving bad review for check-in we got refund for the extra fee for the bigger room. The act from staff and management show deep dishonest behaviour. Never this hotel again.

reserved parking spot was taken

Reserved parking for car charging in advance as advised by the hotel. Got a numbered soot but it was occupied when we arrived. Needed to make phone call to find a new spot. At check in they just said afterwards”you can take any spot there, one does not need to follow the given numbering” This created unnecessay confusion and took our time to sort out. Why to give a numbered spot in the first place?

Gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt. Sehr gepflegte und ansprechende Zimmer. Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gibt es keine gebührenfreien Parkplätze, auch nicht öffentliche, was die Kosten für die Übernachtung deutlich nach oben treibt.

Bra opphold i forbindelse med Skogsröjet

Bra hotell, grei parkering i nærheten, bra frokost (kunne kanskje vært mer grønnsaker), gode senger. Badet var litt kaldt (ingen varme i gulvet og det blåste kaldt), savnet også et håndkle å stå på etter dusjen, nettopp fordi gulvet var kaldt. Lampene ved senga (leselampe) var veldig store og kan bli forstyrrende om noen vil sove og andre lese. Fin beliggenhet ved elven.
