"Nice concept (four historical buildings grouped into a small campus with a shared pool) and great location. Our room had an apparent water leak in the ceiling, which simply had to be worked around during our very short stay. But otherwise it was fine."

"William gave us VIP service from the moment we entered The Elser, taking extra care to detail the amenities and walk us to the elevator. Beautiful room, gorgeous views of the water, and a fabulous gym (the woman maintaining the gym was very helpful). Definitely coming back. "

"Beautiful property the hotel has some wear and tear but the staff was top notch. The beach front room has amazing views and the heated pool alone was worth the stay never mind the beach access with your own lounger, table and umbrella. Ample staff around to take drink and food orders and walkable to restaurants. Only drawback was parking Valet only at 50.00 daily on top of the resort fee. Not having easy access to our vehicle is a change and was something we didn't care for. "
