"Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!"

"This hotel is in need of attention. The room was fine but the general area around the hotel is pretty run down. The bed linen and pillows made me sweat no matter what temperature the thermostat was set at. This seems to be a problem in allot of hotels I’ve stayed. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t use cotton sheets and pillow cases or what. They just make me sweat The hotel was conveniently located to the casino and mall and allot of stores and restaurants but the area looks rough. Was a little worried about parking my new truck there. Don’t know if I’ll be back."

"The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, powdered scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, waffles and muffins. The parking was adequate. I didn't notice any security cameras on the outside of the building. The carpeting throughout the rooms was old but cleaned daily. The air conditioning was old and made several noises when running. Told by staff that the A/C was old and that was just the way it would be."

"Disappointing stay at Embassy Suites. Checking in went well. When got to the room it wasn’t well maintained. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was mildew on the bathtub grout. No blankets for the pull out bed. The first morning of our stay we attempted to use the breakfast provided which ended at 9:30am. Went down at 9:10am and there was barely any food left. Just crumbs of bacon, fruit and yogurt gone, no pastries, etc. We then tried to get coffee and that was completely out. I walked around trying to find a staff member to ask to make more coffee. When I finally found a kitchen staff member, I told her the coffee was out and could she make some more. She said “Yeah, I’m not gonna make any more”. I said “you’re kidding right? It’s not even 9:30 yet” She looked at her watch and said “well it’s 9:25 and takes 7 min to brew so I’m not going to make any”. There were 5 other people waiting at the coffee area trying to get coffee too and they found it empty. They witnessed her talk rudely to us and then she walked away. We all looked at each other in disbelief. The hotel was completely full due to University of Oklahoma graduation weekend and there was only 1 pot of coffee for a hotel that probably had 750+ people staying there. An hour later I received a text from the front desk asking if I needed anything and told them blankets and the bathroom door to be fixed and that I would be leaving soon and gone till late evening. 10hrs later got back-no blankets or door fixed."

"Half of the outlets did not work, it was so outdated that it looked like we jumped back into the 90s. The gentleman that works at night was EXTREMELY rude"

"Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable. Our family of 6 got the deluxe suite that sleeps 8. You have to pay for the extra people to use the water park which we thought was included. The amenities in the room were limited, Exactly 6 towels, 2 coffee cups and 3 coffee pods is not enough for 6 people.. Mini refrigerator barely fit anything (Should be larger for the suites). No microwave, outer door was hard to lock and the t.v. wouldn’t turn off. The outdoor pool wasn’t open as the website said. We came to celebrate our grand daughter’s birthday and ended up only doing the indoor park not knowing that it wasn’t open. Most of the slides are for 42 & 48 inches & taller- makes it hard when you have younger kids and they can’t ride they have the younger kids slides but there was so many bigger kids running around and using them that the little kids were pushed aside. We were on the main walkway and it was very loud when there were people walking through there- especially at 10 pm when everyone was trying to sleep. They automatically charge gratuity at the restaurants which we barely had service at the buffet but still charged for poor service. Everything is cashless- which I hate!"
