"Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards. "

The neighborhood is safe and absolutely beautiful! The parking can be a little hectic but we made it work. We made alot of new friends and cannot wait until we can go back to see Mimo and friends. "Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare. There was a lot to see and do even for off season. Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations. My husband and I have no complaints."

"The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. The indoor pools had messaging water jets and the saunas were so spacious and clean. Additionally, the free hotel activities like riding through town on E-bikes were an absolute blast! I was fortunate to have Davide from the hotel show me around town and he was incredibly friendly and even showed me great spots to eat in town that only locals know about. I was here for 3 days and I can surely say I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriend with me. This hotel was an incredibly mature spot, with a gourmet restaurant and minimal kids, so there was never a time I was annoyed by another guest."
