We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—everyone was so friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and also close to the Kinshicho train station! We will be back for sure 👍

We especially liked the lobby lounge overlooking an outdoor waterfall. Beautiful and serene. We had a corner room overlooking Tokyo Tower. It was great.

Location is perfect, from arrival, limousiné buss from the airport drops you off almost in front the hotel walkable for dining, shopping, clubs, etc. Hotel cleaning services are limited to changing pyjamas and towels unless you stay more then 3 nights, we stay six nights and allowed to two cleaning services and when it was done very basic.

"Our best hotel so far. Everything met my needs and the breakfast was tasty, and a great machine for beverages. Bath was nice and bed was decent for us and my pregnant wife. The traditional sweets place across the road, for small treats and mochi was worth it! Very happy."
