Staff were exceptional. Helpful, kind, and pleasurable to be around. We checked in around 9pm and were greeted like royalty. The room and bathroom was very clean. Staff was outstanding. Unfortunately my room was near a mechanical room and the pipes were making a loud pressure release every couple of hours. Also, very loud. I could hear other doors outside of my room slamming at all hours of the night.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with room service. The housekeeping staff did not make the beds or change the bed sheets during our entire stay. I contacted the front desk, and while the receptionist assured me someone would be sent to take care of it, no one ever came. When I followed up again, I was told that the housekeeping staff might have skipped the room because we had left personal items on the beds — but this was simply not true. We made sure the beds were completely clear before leaving each day. This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel booked through Expedia. The rest of our stay was fine, but the lack of follow-through and inaccurate explanation left us frustrated and disappointed.
