"Convenient to highway, great options for eating nearby, ample parking, and close to shopping. Hotel had nice pool. Lobby was large with plenty of space for hanging our with a group. The outdoor space was exceptional with large firepit and lots of seating. Rooms were larger than expected (bigger than Springhill Suites). Hotel recently opened and it's super clean with nice finishes. I appreciated that rooms had extra pillows and blankets so we didn't even have to ask. "

"My room was spotless and very comfortable. The desk clerk was outstanding and friendly despite being very busy. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Norfolk this one has been the best experience. If I find myself in Norfolk again I will be back. "

"Rosewood’s clean location was clean and nice. The only thing that I asked for is an updated fitness center. otherwise, than that, I enjoyed myself the area I had a lot of shopping and food around."

"Hotel was clean and there was a fair selection at the breakfast bar with freshly brewed coffee and tea available 24/7. The shining star of this Holiday Inn Express was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very friendly and went above & beyond to secure me gauze & tape when I cut my toe on the pavement. The hotel was also near many places to eat and felt safe. Definitely recommend!"

"You can tell they're using funds to improve the property, but it was a bit steep. New faucets, but artwork was upside down in the room that seemed a bit dusty. The staff was super friendly - which really provided the only reason to stay. Nice touch with the welcome bag including bottled water. "

The age of the building is apparent because of old outlets, light switches, etc. They work...just a little dated. Otherwise pretty clean and the staff was great!!! Overall, a good value option."
