This would have to be the best equiped apartment I have ever stayed at. They have thought of everything you might need for your stay (right down to washing basket, pegs and outdoor clothesline). Very clean, great views, comfortable bed. Walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. Owners were approachable and helpful. Well done Ocean Breeze.

I liked the location and layout of the cottage. It was like being at home. It was spick and span with an oven and cooktop as well as a microwave. Bed very comfy and lots of hot water.

Our cottage is in a good location with a great sea view. The cottage was well equipped and the only downside was the very saggy mattress on the bed.

Good size and location, but hot and unhygienic

The cottage is very well located and has easy access to everything. However, no room service is provided unless the booking is more than 7 days. the cottage is overloaded with large and small cockroaches. There is no one at the property. The office was shut on departure day (1st of Jan) and had no drop box to leave the key despite handing over the keys being the only option instructed by the property manager. The view from the back outside area is great, but inside the cottage is at least 10 degrees warmer than outside, regardless of leaving all the windows open and fans on.

This was a property where we had stayed on a previous occasion. Once again it has lived up to our expectations. Just outside walking distance from Burnt Pine shops, but not a problem as a hire car is required for any visit to the island. It has a great, quiet location, perfect for a most relaxing holiday. Amenities are excellent.

You can't do better than this

We highly recommend Ocean Breeze Cottages. The cottages are all identical, one-bedroom units with all kitchen amenities included. The bedroom is on the sunset side, so can get a little warm in the afternoon. An overhead fan assists circulation. The high number units have a superior few of the ocean. WiFi is a little patchy and is strongest in the community room. Each unit has a patio facing the ocean side with lovely cooling breezes. The location is close to Burnt Pine but a hire car would be essential. The only negative on this is that checkout is early at 10am and the car had to be back by 10.30 which I found ridiculously old-fashioned as our flight didn't leave until 3pm, yet we paid fo all day hire!

Idyllic Norfolk Island accommodation.

This is an older property but has everything a couple needs for a week long stay. The bed was beautifully comfortable and huge and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and roomy. The kitchen is older but very functional. It is quietly located on the outer edge of Burnt Pine township.

It had everything we needed for a self contained unit . Very separate from the adjoining unit . Would love to see ceiling fans because there is no air conditioning which is okay .A stand alone fan is too noisy
