Norfolk hotel rooms a the Langham Hotels

"The in-house restaurant, CapoCapo, has terrible table service. The wait staff do not want to be there. The food is decent. The parking garage is scary. The elevator is unreliable; avoid it. Pricing signs are unclear."

"So after I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready when I already showed up after my check in time by an hour, the hotel is dirty, the toilet on the lobby floor was broken and wouldn't flush and the elevator got stuck multiple times"

"Aside from the two french fries I found in the air vent of my single. The rest of the room was pretty clean and neat. The staff was also friendly and helpful and kept the building looking nice throughout the day. I did mention the french fry thing to the front manager after I checked out though and he got right onto fixing the problem. Overall nice and comfortable stay for the price I paid."

"The property was run down I would of left but they wouldn’t give me a refund the TV didn’t work and know one came to even look at it the bathroom door must have gotten broke and they tried to fix it with a staple gun the door had a gap in it you could see outside the window had a huge break they didn’t have any curtains on the window they had a old dirty roll up shade there wasn’t a beach it was a place they people fishing dig disappointed know housekeeping they had a trash can that was over flowing as soon as you got off the elevator you had to wait til mid afternoon to get towels"

"This place was disgusting. Rooms smelled, broken windows, the door on one of the 2 rooms we rented had been kicked in who knows how many times? There was a big gap in the door frame, and the door was in no way secure even with the deadbolt latched. Family members that were with us witnessed several drug deals being made in the parking lot at 6 o’clock in the evening in Broad daylight. This place was so bad we left demanded a refund and then had to scramble to try to find two other rooms at a different location, which was very stressful. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this hotel to anybody. My wife was ready to drive down the street and find a parking lot and sleep in our vehicle because she said she would feel more safe than being in this hotel. Absolutely not recommended. Would give less than a 1 star if possible. "
