"Really nice hotel and a great price."

"Have stated this property many times fairly recently. I stayed yesterday. I was charged $150 incidental fee. I have never been charged 150 before. I also was charged $10 to park there. I have stayed there numerous times I have never been charged $10 or any type of fee to park there. There was here all over my bathroom. It was disgusting."

"The suite was better than expected. It accommodated 6 of us comfortably. I opened the window for maybe an hour but we ended up getting a party of ants, so wouldn't recommend that if on the bottom floor. Our room didn't get cleaned, but we were able to ask for more towels. Location was perfect for us. I would book again for a short visit for sure."

"Ended up here because of a rerouted flight. Convenient to the airport. Brand new hotel, very clean and very nice suites. Would have been perfect for a family or multi-day stay. Front desk was extremely helpful and went out of their way to find me some overnight amenities (toothbrush, etc.) given the unexpected stay. "

"The front desk person when I checked in and when I checked out were very friendly. When I got to my floor, the hallway smelled like animal urine. I got into my room and it wasn't as prevalent in there so I thought I would be able to endure since I was just in town on a quick presentation trip. Upon further review of the room, it was clear that the housekeeping staff had not cleaned it well. I wiped down surface areas myself and they were very dirty. Additionally the tub was filled with someone else's hair and the toilet and walls had debris on them and the floor was very sticky. When it was time to go to bed, the environment was quite loud. Lots of transient traffic. I went down at 3:00 in the morning to try to get some assistance from the front desk, as the room phone was broken. The person then launched at me from behind the counter being frustrated that many people had asked him to move on a night where the hotel was full. I decided just to stay up and get ready for my conference with the plan of exiting the next morning. Kim was the woman I talked to who wrote my concerns down and was apologetic. I am concerned though that the night person supposedly has dementia. I am truly grateful I had the means to be able to find a nicer hotel in Virginia Beach, but the lack of cleanliness in the hallways, the elevator, etc. was truly disappointing. The hotels.com agent was great and getting most of my money back for that experience. I will never stay there again!"
