"I was recently working in the area and chose this hotel for my 2 week visit. The staff were friendly and attentive - the were able to promptly provide equipment and services to make my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I was mostly away for work, and so didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy some of the hotel’s amenities, but the sauna area and indoor/outdoor pool were particularly impressive features for relaxing. As there was another hotel in central Hønefoss, this place was not my first choice, but they provided better facilities and it with it being such a quick drive into town, I found it was worth it for a long visit. I’m sure I’ll be back."

"Great location on an inland fjord. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a balcony over looking the fjord. The crazy golf was fun and hard too! The meal in the restaurant was the best meal we had in Norway!"

"The checkin process was smooth and completely digital. The cabin we got was a lakeside cabin with great views. Unfortunately, it was raining the whole evening and throughout the night into the next morning so we couldn't explore the rest of the outdoors. The service house had showers and toilets which were clean and well maintained."
