"Very nice feel about the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious with generous size beds and a fridge, breakfast was excellent, also with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Shuttle wasn't available when I stayed there, but plenty of taxi options so in the end it was OK in that respect. Will stay here again when I come back to Bacau."

"Very good option if you like a quieter area, outside of Iasi town crowded city center, better positioned to visit everything, but not in a really walkable distance from city parks, fortunately there are public transportation options and plenty of taxis. Restaurant is good, breakfast is good, parking place had some open spaces, could be larger but was ok for me this time."

"Perfect location for a brief weekend stay, the staff were friendly checking in at 2am. Parking was easy opposite the hotel or paid public parking nearby. Walkable to the town centre. Breakfast was basic so would not necessarily recommend."

A lovely hotel

"We stayed at the hotel for a mid-April weekend. The hotel is in a great location. A 10-minute walk to the Plas mall and the beautiful cultural center and a 20-minute walk from the Julius mall and the huge shopping center behind the mall. The room was very spacious Comfortable bed and very clean room. The breakfast is delicious and abundant and with a huge selection. Delicious coffee. Belgian waffle. We really enjoyed ourselves. The reception staff is very kind and especially Yoana who gave us a great explanation about the place with kindness and a smile. See her photo. It would have been nice if the lady in the dining room was a little more smiley although she did a great job and everything that ran out was taken care of by her. The towels are great and huge. Highly recommend this hotel Hampton by Hilton and we will definitely be back."

Wonderful Stay at Central Plaza Hotel Piatra Neamț

"This was my second time staying at Central Plaza Hotel in Piatra Neamț, and once again, I can’t fault them in any way. The hotel continues to impress us with its excellent service and thoughtful design. What we loved most was the room layout—although it’s listed as a single hotel room, it’s cleverly divided into two separate spaces. This gave our 12-year-old daughter her own area and provided my spouse and me with the privacy we needed, making it feel more like a mini-apartment than a standard room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping our room spotless with daily cleaning. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience of the location—everything we needed was just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Central Plaza Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Piatra Neamț! "
