Noordwijkerhout hotel rooms a the NH Hotels

"Stayed last week at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Great location, food was excellent and for the most part helpful staff. The only feedback I would give is to the Breakfast staff. On my first morning, trying to navigate my way around the buffet, asked a couple of staff where to find various things and got a wave of a hand.. would have been more helpful if they had actually shown me. I would also add, as it was my first morning, a brief explanation of how the breakfast is served, i.e. in some hotels, they sit you down and take your tea / coffee order then you go up to the buffet but at the Radisson, you do everything yourself. It would have been nice to have been informed of this. Overall though, was a great stay and would recommend. "

"We found this hotel to be well-situated, very clean and with an exceptional staff. We stayed for four nights in mid-November. The location is within walking distance of several of the major museums, including the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh. It is directly across the street from a canal tour ride and the Hard Rock Cafe. It is about a block from a tram and bus stop, including one that goes directly to Schipol. Our room was fairly small. I do not know if they had accessible rooms, but it should be noted that the shower is in a tub with high-sided walls, which could be a problem for some. There was a fridge, a coffee maker and an electric kettle--however the outlet was not near the counter and it made more sense to use the tea kettle in the bathroom. Our street-side room was on the first floor. Even so, it was not noisy at night. It wasn't until the last day that I noticed there was a problem with the window, causing a cold draft. When I reported it, they were very responsive. (In the meantime, I had also requested an extra comforter and recieved that as well.) There's a lovely drink shop around the corner from the hotel. I recommend avoiding most of other nearby restaurants and walking about a block or two north of the Hard Rock to the Leidseplein area, where there are streets filled with a wonderful variety of restaurants. "

"Nothing to say really. Handy location, lovely food and great staff. My bed was very comfortable despite being given a twin room rather than a double. My only complaint is that the front desk team said they would send someone up to convert my twin beds into a double but it never happened. Apart from that, all good"
