Peaceful retreat near the popular Palm Beach

My family had a wonderful stay at the palm Aruba. Communication with staff was excellent and amenities were great! Great location close to Palm Beach but away from the commotion of the high rise strip. Delicious restaurants within walking distance too.

This was a nice apartment to stay at while vacationing it had all the amenities. We had a concern upon checking in and it was addressed immediately. They have 24 hour security and close to the beaches, restaurants and night life. I would definitely stay here again.

As a well-traveled person, I really want to give this place five stars 🌟. The security officers were firm but nice, and the complex was clean and well-kept. Both the pool and gym, as well as the condo itself, were great. However, let's get to the negative: this was the worst bed I've ever slept on in my life. The mattress had a slump in the middle, and every bony point in my body ached so badly that I couldn't sleep at night. I was so tired throughout the day that it almost destroyed my trip. At one point, I felt like I would have gotten a better night's sleep in my car.

The property was in a great location, clean, and a lot of room for our stay! We only had one problem well on the property and that was no hot water during our stay. There are alot of condos on the property so i assumed the apartment was operating with one or two hot water tanks! Well, i did end up calling the property manager and she said it was working before we arrived. The maintenance guy came the same day but we were leaving the next day. I wish they would make sure the unit has hot water before the guest arrive, knowing their arrival. Taking hot showers is a must!
