"The staff is so friendly, the facilities are nice, the location is good. We love the beach and the beach chairs! The bars and restaurants are wonderful. The only thing I wish we could change is that it is close to a water treatment plant and it can smell from time to time. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place. We will likely return. "

"Hotel , pool and beaches lovely!! Clean, breakfast very good. Coffee shop great . Walking distance to everything!! Only problem is never enough people at front desk. And don’t face north side of sea tower towards the moomba bar! Very noisy at night. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Courtyard. Our room was clean , spacious, and modern with comfortable beds. I do wish I could have got a room that faced South, east, or west for more light exposure but overall it was still very nice . I had a nice view of the pool. The food and drinks were good .Everyone enjoyed their meals including my picky teens . The fountain water and ice was also good. They had a really nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The free dessert wasn’t great but that’s ok. The pool was beautiful, I especially enjoyed the lounging chairs in the water. The evening entertainment (steel drum players ,singers)was enjoyable too. The resort was in a good location, pretty close to Palm beach (5-7 min walk or the hotel will give you a ride), butterfly farm , and the palm beach strip with a huge variety of restaurants and bars. All the staff were helpful and professional but I’d like to thank Rosie for being so kind to me and my daughter who’s on the autism spectrum. She was struggling (having a meltdown)during breakfast and Rosie offered to accommodate us when needed. It was good to know that people are understanding and not judgmental. The only complaint was I waited past 4pm to be checked in but the positives outweigh that, it was about a 20 minute wait. I would definitely stay here again. It was great for our family. We miss it already."

The employees were very friendly and helpful I really loved staying at the Riu in Aruba , this was my first time in Aruba staying at the Riu palace I stayed for 9 days , I did 4 excursions I had the time of my life . Can't wait to come back . Just bring sunscreen "

"I booked ocean view room up on arrival we got island view been told no room available only tomorrow , few days had broken lock with malfunction of key on the way back at check out front desk messed my stay with previous guest and tried to put international phone bill on us . Horrible non professional never seen before "
