Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin

"We had an amazing experience at Best Western Carapace in Hua Hin. The hotel staff gave exceptional customer service going out of their way to assist us, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed 10 nights, relaxing in the beautifully appointed modern hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the modern bathrooms superbly clean. Housekeeping was generous with plenty of towels and bottled water topped up daily. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Beach Club with its sparkling pool and warm sea breeze. We had a lovely dinner at sunset by the pool and the buffet breakfast was a stunning array of fresh international and local dishes with something for everyone. Children from every nationality were especially impressed with the automated pancake machine. We even got to meet the general manager who was so friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again on our next trip. Thank you Best Western Carapace! "

"This is an amazing place to stay, everyone and everything was great, the facilities are first class and the location is perfect. The food is brilliant, the breakfast has everything you could imagine in a high class quality dining environment, the whole building is spotless and the rooms massive. "Hotel is really near Hua Hin night market and is also located by the beach. Staff were absolutely fantastic and superb in their service from when we checked in until we checked out. Huge thank you to the staff for making the process smooth and easy throughout especially for our huge group. Would absolutely visit again when Im back in Hua Hin or stay at The Standard Hotels overseas "

"Everyone that we came in contact with was wonderful! They were warm, friendly and attentive to our every need. The hotel is very nice. You access it off the main road (Phetkasem,) but it is set far enough back from the road that you don’t hear any traffic inside. I don’t even remember hearing any traffic while in the swimming pool, which is on the 6th floor. Our room was also on the 6th floor, but we never heard or saw anyone partying or disturbing us in any way. There is also a bar and a gym on the 6th floor. Every part of our stay was wonderful and relaxing! ☺️ The restaurant is located on the 4th floor, and it was nice and clean with good food and great service."
