Arrived rather late, only a guard on site who did not speak English but no questions asked, just appointed a bungalow. By telephone it was however possible to contact somebody who did speak good English. Bungalows rather basic but OK and clean. Good airco, wifi, fridge. No restaurants, but there is a very small evening market and a 7/11 nearby. Difficult to find, I asked directions several times but nobody seems to know the resort. Breakfast is nescafe + toast + jam only.

Good room, very helpful advice

The bungalow was fine and so was the breakfast, but what I appreciated more than anything was Panida's kindly advising me on how to get from Nong Khai to Phitsanulok by van and day bus via Udon Thani. This enabled me to break the trip to Chiang Mai into two days and avoid the night bus, which would have meant missing the Thai countryside entirely. Other guests report that Padina helped them in other useful ways, and I don't doubt that in the slightest. Thanks!

Hotel weit ab vom jeglichem Leben, Rezeption ungenügend besetzt, kein Frühstück bekommen, Morgens 8 Uhr so laute Musik in einem Raum auf dem Gelände, das an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. 1 Tag früher ausgecheckt in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt.
