Hotel offered an airport transfer and driver was waiting for us in arrivals, which made for an excellent end to our journey. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "
