"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. "Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. "The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. My husband and I stayed with our son, and the sofa bed was quite adequate for my son. "

"Door of the balcony on the ground floor after the cleaning was left unlocked. M Nobody answered emergency call number via Whars Up. Nobody gave wi fi password for 4 days. Just after numerous requests via messaging received it the last day 4 of our 5 days stay. Never going back… "

"We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do "
