"Access code were sent via email on the day or arrival. So if you have no data connection you won’t be able to get to apartment. The place is fairly clean but bathroom is tiny. I was wondering if the bathroom door can close. The aircon smells like a wet dog and blast directly at the bed. Can’t get a good night slee. We were to stayed 3 nights but left after one. "

"Zero problems. I am on bike trip and checked in late without issue (although you may want to avoid doing so). Property was as shown in photos. Super comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. No bed bugs. Nice big window/skylight that lets a lot of light in. "

"Excellent stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet in a good location. Many shops and restaurants close by and a quick inexpensive taxi ride to both bus terminals. Local bus stop to the national park was only a 2-3 min walk away. We included the breakfast in our rate and it was very good. Lots of choice and abundant. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you "

However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate. "We stayed in the Suite terrace and it was a spacious clean lovely room. The only hiccup was that I thought the hotel was on the beach, which it technically was, but it was about a 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the portion of the beach that was useable (swimmable, beach parasols, amenities). That part was misleading from the description of the hotel. Other than that, the room was fantastic, and the terrace portion was a nice to have. We didn’t really sit out on it too much. "
