Safe and located well

This hotel is well maintained and has friendly staff. I was very pleased with my stay. One couldn’t ask for a better location in relation to restaurants and night life to retail therapy. The staff are professional and accommodating to one’s need.

I stayed for three nights for a family reunion. Good stay safe parking. Breakfast was good. Only problem was the service. I asked for an iron and extra towels and they never came. I had to leave and couldn’t wait any longer.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Our Iron didn’t work but the staff was prompt in bringing one to replace it. The ice machine on the 5th floor was empty. The ice bucket in our room was filled with water upon arrival. Lastly, there were no garbage bags in either if the garbage cans.

Of all the Marrott and Fairfield Inns that I've visited this one by far is the worst. The bathrooms are the worst. Low water pressure, and luke warm water. The breakfast buffet horrible with cold eggs, and cold mini pancakes. The surrounding exterior swarming with roaches. The staff is courteous and helpful. Luckily there are many restaurants, and a Walmart. I was here on a work assignment for over 2 months and every room I had, had issues. Not worth the price of a stay.

This hotel is very well-situated. There are great places to eat and shop nearby. What it lacks is proper upkeep and maintenance. From worse to best the bathroom sink. The spicket has a very short spout so you have to put your hands very close to the sink to wash them. Some of the water spickets are loose as in not tightened to the sink top. The water pressure if very low and the water is warm to med hot never hot. The walk-in bath floor is porcelain and very slippery, so hold on tight walking in. The shower head doesn't spray evenly possibly due to sediment clogging the flow. Lighting in the bathroom is very uneven, not well lite and ladies may be challenged. The floor is a wood laminate that is peeling throughout the room. The curtains are stained with paint, not sure why. The AC in one of the rooms I stayed in was very noisy and hard to get a good night's sleep. The hotel has breakfast buffet which I thought was a great perk. However, the eggs are always cold. The mini pancakes are cold, and served with vegetables (?) no syrup just honey at the bread stand. Fruit is Ok. Bread is Ok, coffee is watered down, tasteless. They do have a decent gym on the 9th floor, washing machine, and dryer. Smoking near the entrance of not allowed but isn't enforced so guest smoke near the entrance and fling their butts out on the garden area or floor, with trashcans at a foots pace. The driveway is dirty from tire marks coming from the asphalt. It should be power washed once every week.
