"Great location. Nice people. Great walks "

"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"The room is very nice. It's our third visit and not the last one. The staff is friendly and smiling, it made our stay enjoyable."

"Staff were very helpful, food was delicious and the views were amazing."

"Nice people nice location"

"Beautiful place and very friendly staff. Would have stayed longer if we had time "

"I was there for few days and the rooms were big, clean and tidy. Overall, a good place to stay in the area."

"Clean room and nice staff. We had a short stay for the night but enjoyed it immensely."

"Good location and nice clean rooms. Were able to accommodate a late check in."

"From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. My suite was fully stocked with utensils, a washer and detergent, and the Wi Fi was actually fast! Can't wait to come back!"

"Check in with automatic machine worked well but the keys did not open the door. Very frustrating and no reply on emergency phone number. After 15 minutes we found a way to open the doors "

"Quiet stay among the hills. Great staff. Food was very good. Nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of the city."

"Good location, rooms are clean, simple but decent"

"Es war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin zuvor - kommend. Leider keine Gastwirtschaft in der nähe. Und wenn dann Urlaub oder ganz geschlossen."

"Check in and out was incredibly easy, and pleasant. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and checked in, I was then given great maps and directions from the hotel to the Abbey and locations I wished to visit during my stay. It was all very lovely!"

"Nice room and great breakfast "

"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nach kurzem Anruf wurde geöffnet, Zimmer groß, WLAN sehr gut, gutes Frühstück extra zu bezahlen (!), Hotel neben Kirche, Glocken läuten bis 22:00 und dann Nachtruhe bis 6:00 :-). Sehr freundliches Service"

"Hostel style, one sleeps in a wooden box in a large shared room. Bathrooms are very nice, everything is communal. That increases social interactions and people are generally respectful and engaging, eager to help each other. The cost is low and for a place to stay and enjoy Melk, it was fine. The GPS points you to the other side of the building, rather, the place is on the street closer to the train line."
